Charge Account Policies:

             
  1. A FINANCE Charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be 
     added to all past due accounts.
  2. Accounts with a balance over 90 days past due will be
     sent for collection.
  3. Court costs; legal fees, and/or collections charges 
     will be added to the account if it becomes necessary 
     to collect any outstanding indebtedness.

Return Policies:

  1. 15% handling charge on all returnable/acceptable items.
  2. All returns must be accompanied by original sales slip. 
  3. All returns must be in original, resalable packaging. 
  4. Returns of special-order/non-stock merchandise are 
     subject to the return and policies of the manufacturer 
     and/or distributor. 
  5. Special orders are subject to a deposit of up to 50% of
     order and are NON-CANCELABLE
  6. Set-up units and specially manufactured merchandise is
     NOT returnable.
  7. No returns after 30 days.

Mill Policies:

  1. Timberline Employees only allowed in the mill area.
  2. Timberline materials only.
  3. Mill rates - $60.00 per hour $10.00 minimum

Store Hours:

                 Monday thru Friday   7:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
                 Saturday             7:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
